We work with carefully selected Roman restaurants that are happy to share their secret recipes with visitors who want to enjoy the experience of cooking real Italian dishes in the kitchen of a real Italian restaurant.
Your cooking class can take up as little as half a day or as much as a week.  It all depends how long you’re staying in town and how much you want to learn. You tell us and we’ll arrange it.
We’re flexible, but remember - the longer the course, the more you’ll learn – and the more you’ll eat!
You will cook with fresh seasonal produce and then sit down to eat your masterpiece with a glass of wine to complement its flavours.
If you have a favourite Italian dish you’d just love to make to perfection, then let us know and we will ask the chef to include it in the menu.
