In the Montetosto hills the Pallavicini family discovered the perfect site for the plantation of 10 ha of new vines.

These vineyards are at 150m above sea level and are rich in limestone pebbles. In these favourable conditions, the grapes are treated to good exposure to the sun and cooling sea breezes. Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah are the three varieties planted in high density to help show the potential of this terroir.

The warm and dry microclimate, along with the limestone soils makes a significant imprint on the vines resulting in an intensely individual wine.
